Creating a Final 3D Form

Using what I had learnt from the draping classes I had to create a final from as part of the brief. after what Kate and tom had said about making my designs more structural and 3d I bought some wire to do some experiments.

I loved the effects I created,using pin tucks to create lines in the top , and wire to make cubes and a cage to weave the bright colours inspired by street art through. I wish I'd has a slightly lighter blue velvet to use because the pattern doesn't show up as well on such a dark fabric.
