First Life Drawing Class

We had a life drawing class last week. It was my first time ever doing this. I was so nervous at the start. I didn't know how to start, but I took a deep breath and made a mark on the paper. From there it seemed to flow out of me, I'm not saying its perfect, but I really enjoyed playing around with it and I'm pretty happy with my first attempt.
Our tutor told us to try more one line drawings, as oppose to doing the typical scribbles we all found ourselves doing, going over the same lines several times. "make a mark and go with it"
This was a technique I found hard at first, but I am pretty impressed with the outcome. As well as trying to do a one line drawing, we were given a time limit for each drawing. 10mins for the first one, then down to 3 mins for the next 4, then only 1 min, it was crazy how much you can do in such a short time, only putting in the most important parts.
this is probably going to be one of my favourite classes.
